Will was also band mates with Josh and Jake in their previous band. After Josh and Jake formed Fully Empty shortly after their other group broke up, they immediately asked Will to join. He's primarily the group's rhythm guitarist and is also one of the band's primary songwriters alongside Josh.

His work outside the band includes the Millbrook High School jazz band and he's also played on a few on Josh's solo recordings for his 2016 album, Les Arbres. When Will isn't playing guitar, he enjoys working on cars and riding his motorcycle.
